Commuters have the option of registering for meals, but they must preregister by June 12. Although there are many changes this year, we believe this event is going to be more powerful than ever before due to the new location at a retreat center in a retreat setting! Please feel free to bring extra snacks and drinks for your rooms. Some vending will be available. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on campus. ​Room Keys: Please keep careful track of your key. If they are lost they incur a $200 fee by you to the college. You will be required to sign off, committing to pay for any lost key.  You may opt out of having a key as well, also signing off in understanding that we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen property. You will need to check out at the end of your stay, stripping your bed, returning all linens down to the designated spot on the first floor by registration and returning the key as well. Please let us know about any food allergies you may have so we can inform the kitchen.If necessary, we can make arrangements for you to call the chef and speak directly to them.
